Knowledge is the only thing which matters for me not age I would like to respect his/her position try to learn from him or her.
First of all I am not reporting to any person I am reporting to the position which he have, he is there because of his skill and his knowledge.
It doesn’t matter for me to reporting the younger person.
I report to post, not to the age of the person. Age is just a number. And I think to repost someone only talent and post matter, not the age.
Every designation demands a knowledge without adding any business so I am also standing for the designation applied for, so I am definitely going to respect no matter younger or older. I believe in learning.
Well, that person is maybe an inspiration in some ways, I feel that person must be unique. I believe they are creative and more energetic. Younger or older doesn’t matter in the profession. Respect to be considered. Its all in your mind.
Old is no guarantee of efficiency and youth is no guarantee of innovation. It all depends on the individual.
I have no issue to reporting a young person, because experience makes an man person and also we have learn from any person, due to their experience.
It is the brain, not the age whom I have been reporting.

Yes, of course. Age does not mater because he is talented so that he is in that position with out any feeling I will report that person. I will take him as my inspiration to grow thoroughly and work hard for it.
That will boost my motivation and dedication to improving my knowledge, skills and capability. “I want to go to that position”, “I want to be just like him” that will inspire me.
Actually, I didn’t feel anything because of we have to concentrate on work only so age is not a point.
In professional life we need to learn one thing is that we should never compare with others, it’s all about knowledge, practice, skills and talent which drives individual fastly towards success.
I am an adaptive person, I have no young and older. I respecting all the people who have to deserve it.
Every Person don’t have equal knowledge and skills if the younger person has such a things then I should respect him and it is a good opportunity to learn some things which have extra than me.
Sir, I think age shall not be the criteria here if I am reporting to a person younger than me, if that person is on a senior level he must have got more experience, knowledge. He must have put extra efforts into it. So age becomes an irrelevant factor here.
