Sir actually I don’t want to escape from my responsibilities, I like to contribute myself as possible as I can in the part of success of my company. Only I absent a few days when the situation demands and urgent.

Due to health problems / Functions / Family reasons that too in a critical positions. I kept leaves. After coming back to my company I cleared my work with accuracy.

Yes sir, as there are circumstances in which you can’t afford to not spend a few days to take care of (like a marriage), but the important thing is you have clear communication with your colleagues, your customers and prepare a good backup plan to make sure that the company business is not interrupted in any way.

Yes sir as we are also human being we also will have some problems which we cant avoid if situation require our presence.. so i also had taken some few days holidays but work assigned to me i completed on time.

Although I am a mature person and I understand my responsibilities and I am caring for my job but once I have been absent for few days informing officials afterwards for the urgent reasons which they consider as valid.

Yes But i have true reason for that and my absence make no issue in target completion.

Well, to be honest, no one is working without taking any leaves. Being a human being, we may also need leave due to our illness or family member for an emergency. I used to take leave only for a genuine reason. Thank you.

Yes. I have taken more than few days leave. But, I have informed about my leave before 2 weeks to my superior officer and to all my team-mates those working on the same project.

Also, before leaving I had documented the work completed by me in that project to help others team-mates to continue my task during my absence.

Not yet because. I am a mature person and I understand my responsibilities and I am caring for my job.

Honestly speaking,i have taken few days of leave for some proper health reason. But i understand my responsibilities in the terms of my assigned work, So, i did my pending work by managing my time.

Yes I have taken leave for 2-3 days but I have completed my work properly so that there should be no pending work. And told to my Team Leader about the leave before 2 days because that was an urgent leave because my mother is not well and she was in Hospital and no one was there to take care of her. So I took urgent leave for that.

No, I was always responsible towards my job. I didn’t take long leave without prior intimation to my superiors.

Yes sir, I am only been absent with only two issues in my work. One is when am sick and when on leave.

No sir never, But I will take leave if some emergency comes or my family is in need but along with that I will also complete my project deadlines as now everything is digital.

Yes Sir/Mam, Sometimes when I have been ill and if there is some urgency. But even though I have seen to it that the work is not affected to a major level. If I have been ill and not present at the office then I make sure that I am available in phone. And If I am taken leave for any other reason prior I have always explained the work to the concerned to be done in my absence.
